  • We offer free shipping on all orders with a minimum spend of INR 500.

  • For orders below INR 500, a standard shipping fee of INR 99 will be charged at checkout.

4.4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is 7-10 days.

  • Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen logistical delays.

4.5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Bluedart website to monitor the status of your delivery.

4.6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take full responsibility for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

  • In the event of a damaged shipment, please contact our customer service team at socials@firewater.in immediately with verified proof (clear photos of the damaged product and packaging).

  • We will arrange for a pickup of the damaged item and, upon verification, process a refund or replacement as per our policy.

  • For lost shipments, please contact our customer service team to investigate with our courier partner.

4.7. Shipping Restrictions

  • There are no specific shipping restrictions at this time. However, delivery to certain remote pin codes may take longer.
